What a difference a week can make. The paint is being placed on the wall and the drop ceiling is up. The lighting is in place and the inspections are all completed. This law office is taking shape.
I had a wonderful meeting with the project team today. All seems to be on schedule and is progressing at a good pace. I was able to report to the team that the furniture is all paid for and on its way. Staging is next week. Wow! Can you believe it?
The paint colors are looking good on the walls. However, one of my clients wanted his office color to match the common spaces. Boring! I insisted that his office needed some color. With some persistent prodding by me and some compromising on his part, he agreed to a gray color for an accent wall. I know he will be pleased with his decision. When you have as many framed awards, certifications, and degrees as my client has to show off, you need a beautiful gray backdrop to make them all pop.
This week the flooring folks will be laying down the carpet and flooring. This will really pull everything together. I can hardly wait to see the completed work! I feel like a kid one week away from Christmas, anticipating the beauty of this project.
Next week the milling folks will do their thing. It's coming together and it's taking a team to make it happen. Cheers to team work!
Stay tuned...
